Return policy

We realise that sometimes products purchased online may not be suitable when they arrive. thebikerskart is happy to offer exchange or refund on any item under the following conditions:

Item/s are to be returned within 2 weeks of receipt date.
Item/s are to be in unused condition with tags attached.
Item/s are to be returned at customer’s expense.
thebikerskart will notify customer upon receipt of return product, and advise exchange/refund details.
Refund is made by way of reverse payment through same process made on initial order. We value your custom and appreciate your feedback at this time.
